- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement processes, maintain vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels, and support budgeting efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and inventory levels.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the purchasing team in administrative tasks and reporting.
- Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
- Educational Qualifications: Degree not required; relevant experience preferable.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, negotiating, and canvassing/purchasing skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
