- Assist in procurement processes, manage vendor relations, and support inventory management.
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and purchasing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchases.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends and vendor performance.
- Support the Purchasing Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, English language proficiency, effective negotiation skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork to assess suppliers.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
