Job Description

We are hiring a highly reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager with Bookkeeping and Executive Assistant experience to support a growing real estate business.

This is not a short-term or project-based role.

We are looking for someone who wants stable, long-term employment and to become part of a core team.


What You’ll Do

You will be working directly with the business owner and handling day-to-day operations, including:

Property Management

  • Tenant communication
  • Rent tracking and follow-ups
  • Lease administration
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Vacancy tracking and reporting

Bookkeeping

  • Recording rent payments and expenses
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Tracking vendor payments
  • Preparing monthly financial reports
  • Working with QuickBooks or similar software

Executive Assistant Support

  • Email and calendar management
  • Document preparation
  • Organizing files and property records
  • Following up on tasks and deadlines
  • Supporting the owner with daily operations

Who We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who is:

  • Experienced in property management and bookkeeping
  • Comfortable working with financial data and numbers
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Professional in written and spoken English
  • Proactive and able to work without being micromanaged

You should already have experience with:

  • Property management systems or spreadsheets
  • Accounting or bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Email, Google Workspace, and basic reporting
