Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and selling residential and commercial real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include customer service interactions, property consultations, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Real Estate (Residential, Commercial and Industrial) is an advantage
• Experience in leasing is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Makati
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in property sales is an advantage
