• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar software).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Lagos State.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ikoyi, Lagos State.
• Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel to project locations as needed.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Work primarily based in Ikoyi, with potential site visits within Lagos State.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₦120,000.
