- Performs a technical, organizational, and supervisory role on a construction project
- Does all coordination in the project
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plans and site facilities to meet the agreed deadlines
- Preparing reports as required; has project management and supervisory skills
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Can handle and manage 50- 100 Site workers or more
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil).
- Previous Employer in the AAA construction company is an advantage
- Preferably experienced PIC in a Construction Site for 5 years & Up, specialized in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other tools
- With experience in structural, architectural, and horizontal
- Can do multitasking
- Can handle and finish a project independently
- Responsible and has a sense of urgency
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available
- Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila
