- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in construction and project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong construction estimating abilities, and knowledge of building codes.
- Working Conditions: On-site work in varying weather conditions, requiring physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
