Site Engineer

Job Description
- Supervise daily construction activities and manpower on site
- Interpret plans and specifications, ensuring work is as per approved drawings
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and trades for work sequencing
- Ensure work progress meets the approved schedule and quality standards
- Check materials delivered and ensure proper use
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety rules and PPE compliance
- Prepare daily site reports, accomplishment reports, and update the Office/Planning Engineer
- Report site issues or variations to the Project Manager for resolution
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in high-end residential projects
- 5 years of experience in construction
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes for effective decision-making and problem-solving
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
