1. Managing the planning system (Primavera P6)

2. General planning, scheduling and workload forecasting to optimize allocation of resources to fulfill all contractual requirements in due time.

3. Prepares project methodology, detailed work schedule, procurement plan resources loading and establishing cash flow needed for the project.

4. Leads the development and analysis of project schedules, time impact and daily analysis and review of periodic schedule updates and claims.

5. Assist in the development, implementation and management of comprehensive planning, forecasting and budgeting syst.

6. Maintains records of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.

7. Assists in monitoring actual manpower, critical materials and major equipment requirement of the project.

8. Prepares Project Monthly Progress Report including observations and comments, photographs, resource loading and issues concerning the project.

9. Prepares detailed construction schedules to be used for resource management, progress evaluation and cost monitoring.

10. Responsible for proper documentation of possible and immediate concerns raised by the project manager to provide proper action.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience as Planning Engineer in the construction field.

• Knowledgeable in Planning Software (Primavera P6), MS Project and Office

• Good understanding of Business Operations and with excellent organizational skills

• Can work well under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
