Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agile projects in a continual loop, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Build, maintain, and optimize project plans, systems, and tracking frameworks
• Translate strategic and blue sky ideas into actionable project components
• Organize and assign tasks to ensure effective execution by the appropriate team members
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management
• Oversee operations management to support project scaling and structure
• Utilize Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and Asana for project coordination and documentation

• Proven experience in agile project management
• Proactive in building and maintaining project systems and frameworks
• Ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and Asana
• Experience in admin support, data entry, file management, and operations management
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Must be amenable to work at night
• Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
• Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
