We are expanding our talented Project Management team and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to be part of something extraordinary.

You’ll play a key role in managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with design, engineering, and production teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the day-to-day management of toy development projects from start to shipment
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment with account managers
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (engineering, design, finance)
• Support product development and execution at every stage
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-profile projects
• Participate in critical decision-making and problem-solving processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics)
• Proven experience in project management and product development
• Proficiency with CAD modeling software (SolidWorks or Pro/E preferred)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
