Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from start to finish.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, adjust timelines and resources as needed, and report updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, creating mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible.
• Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and timely delivery of results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
