Description

Responsible for planning and executing user growth campaigns to increase registration and retention rates.

• Plan and implement user acquisition and growth initiatives (including but not limited to time-limited incentives, airdrops, giveaways, trading competitions, etc.) to boost registration and retention rates.
• Monitor user behavior through data analysis, optimizing campaign timing, frequency, and incentive mechanisms to drive continuous growth in user numbers and engagement.
• Segment users based on lifecycle and transaction behavior for targeted management and operations.
• Design phased incentive strategies—such as for registration, KYC, first deposit, and first transaction—based on user behavior data.
• Track key metrics (registration conversion rate, trading conversion rate, retention rate, ROI, etc.) and continuously refine growth strategies through data reviews.
• Collect and organize user feedback, propose improvements, and drive product optimization.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in internet finance or over 2 years of activity/user operations experience in the crypto industry.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to independently drive tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent logical analysis skills and data sensitivity.
• Familiarity with social media and overseas user behavior patterns, with the ability to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
• Proficient in English reading and writing for professional purposes.
