Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of contract business products, collaborating with the product team to lead the formulation and implementation of product optimization and iteration plans, enhancing user experience and market competitiveness.

2. Manage the contract product requirements from various business departments, integrate and evaluate department needs, lead the prioritization and planning of requirements, drive cross-functional team collaboration, advance product iterations based on priorities, and ensure efficient delivery of product outcomes;

3. Lead growth projects and market analysis: responsible for the research and implementation of user growth products, providing and promoting growth strategies through in-depth analysis of the industry and competitors;

4. Manage online issue handling processes: act as a key interface, assist and promote the resolution of online issues reported by various business departments, ensuring operational stability;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in contract operations for digital trading platforms or more than 3 years of relevant work experience;

2. Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, logical thinking ability, and proactively identify product issues and summarize experiences in daily work;

3. Have good thinking, review, and summarizing abilities, not limited to the existing status quo, with innovative ideas and capabilities preferred;

4. In-depth understanding of contracts and derivatives trading, with a financial background preferred;

5. Strong internal drive, high pressure tolerance, ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and proficiency in English as a working language;
