Description
- Coordinate accounting activities for specific projects with finance and project teams.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure accurate and compliant recording of project transactions.
- Monitor project spending and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- Support financial reporting, grant compliance, and audits.
- Oversee invoicing, disbursements, and account reconciliations.
- Help develop and refine financial procedures for projects.
- Report financial status and risks to project leads.
- Improve tools and systems for project financial tracking.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy
- Knowledgeable in accounting
