Role Summary:

• We're hiring an Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for interior construction projects.
• You’ll collaborate with our design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver competitive and detailed bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and specs to prepare material and labor estimates.
• Source and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and proposals for clients.
• Work closely with the design team to confirm scope and value engineering options.
• Support project handoff to the construction team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial/interior fit-outs preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and NYC building standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and technical documents.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
