招聘QS quantity surveyor (Civil & Structure & ME) 商务预算造价员2名
- 负责评估项目成本与投标，确保项目符合经济预期
- 使用欧特克 AutoCAD进行图纸分析和项目规划
- 利用Golden QS软件进行详细的成本估算和报告生成
- 与项目团队协作，确保各项任务按时完成
- 维持与客户及供应商的沟通，解决预算相关的问题
要求
- 教育资格:本科及以上学历，土木工程或相关专业
- 经验水平:3-5年相关工作经验
- 技能与能力:熟练操作欧特克 AutoCAD，掌握Golden QS软件
- 责任与职责:能够独立完成成本估算与预算管理
- 品质与特征:具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
