Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Project Development Manager for Property Development (Condominium) with office located in Metro Manila. The position is responsible for the conceptualization, deployment, implementation up to closing and evaluation of the project's performance with regards to operational efficiency and financial goals of the project.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of property development and condominium regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Busimess Management, Marketing Management or related field.
