Description
- Assist the Project Manager and Business Unit Manager of the technical department
- Monitor, check and maintain attendance of engineers and technical employees
- Coordinate with engineers and technical employees with their daily schedules and tasks and monitor results
- Assist in ministerial project management tasks like printing test results, preparation of tools, preparation of project materials, etc.
- Encoding files and documents as may be assigned
- Preparation of project management documents/technical documents as may be assigned
- Report and submit weekly update to accounting manager regarding various project status
- Attend daily meetings with other coordinators and project managers
- Monitor and log tools borrowed by the engineers and technical department
- Coordinate client warranty claims and client concerns with the administration department, following strictly the company policy and procedures
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in related field
- Fresh graduate are welcome
