Conduct recruitment and sourcing activities, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews
Organize and maintain 201 files for all employees, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies
Generate reports as required by the Executive Office
Prepare memos and other communication materials
Process requests for payment and maintain accurate records
Prepare meal forecasts and coordinate food requirements with the concessionaire
Ensure the smooth execution of meal services and address any issues that may arise
Assist in the planning and execution of employee events, fostering a positive workplace culture
Contribute to the dissemination of the company's brand message and values
Support IT and Executive Office departments with various administrative tasks
Assist IT with internet connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting
Assist in events and banquet setup, ensuring all logistical requirements are met
Provide assistance during events and support guest needs as required
Monitor office equipment and peripherals; perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance as needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
Execute other tasks assigned by the direct superior

College graduate preferably Business Administration or Information Technology courses.
With related experiences in this field.
Willing to work in the Hotel Industry at Makati City.
