- Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, incidents, and training.
- Ensure all staff are equipped with appropriate PPE and understand its proper use.
- Oversee employees assigned at production areas, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively.
- Work closely with PBCS CDS Supervisor on administrative tasks including documentation, incident reporting and employee compliance requirements.
