- Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate daily operations and monitor production schedules.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
- experience in production like moulding , plastic injection or hot production area is an advantage
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a production or operations role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong team player with excellent planning abilities; proficient in process improvement techniques and operations management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced production environment with adherence to safety standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
