Job Description
- Provides assistance to the Production Head. Supervise all Production Leadmen, organizes and monitors the effective and efficient production work flow.
- Gathers all data coming from daily production report, summary report and transfer to process monitoring
- Submit monthly production report.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Conducts interview on all production applicants and conducts orientation for all incoming trainees.
- Coordinates with HRD and agency coordinators with problems regarding casual workers.
- Understands and analyze the risk factors in production operations to enable discuss necessary actions for improvements.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the proper used of equipment and resources.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned time to time.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Must have strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated and a team player.
- Amenable to work in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City.
