• Proven experience as a Mold Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mold manufacturing and maintenance.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise mold setup and operation processes.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of molds.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor mold technicians and operators.
• Monitor mold performance and production output.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of mold activities.
