- BS degree in Engineering
- With knowledgeable in Production machines
- Proven work experience in process engineering
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in process simulations
- Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
- CAD or AutoCad skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with foreign managers (can speak english)
- Working experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Can lead a team with good communication skills
- Willing to work overtime and weekends
- Can perform tasks assigned by the production manager
- Communicate/report production errors and progress regularly
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions and finding answers that work
- Ingenuity for using the broad concepts of chemical engineering and applying them to address specific production problems
- Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships with other employees working with the production process
- Math skills for using the principals of advanced math topics including troubleshooting their work, calculus for analysis and design
