Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for requirement analysis and product design of intelligent securities products.

2. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of product design solutions and monitor post-launch performance data.

3. Regularly analyze product data, evaluate product effectiveness, propose optimization recommendations, and drive iterative improvements.

4. Track global cryptocurrency and US stock market dynamics, conduct in-depth analysis and develop product strategies, designing product modules aligned with the RWA direction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields, with at least two years of relevant work experience.

2. Solid knowledge of financial products, familiarity with the securities market and related laws and regulations, and strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

3. Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and marketing teams to drive product implementation and leverage user behavior data for content optimization.

4. Proficient in product design tools such as Axure and MockingBot, with excellent documentation skills.

5. Familiarity with cryptocurrency, Web3, and US stock trading logic, with practical trading experience or strategy backtesting capabilities.

6. Experience in securities product design; familiarity with market data, financial data, securities trading, community features, and news services is a plus.

7. Willingness to work intensively during European and US trading hours; prior blockchain industry or US stock experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience at financial information service companies such as Tonghuashun, East Money, Zhizhen, Wind, or Hundsun Technologies, and RWA industry experience are preferred.
