Job Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity problems.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Support users with software applications and tools.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, knowledge of networking, and strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in IT support tasks, manage help desk queries, and maintain system documentation.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with flexible hours; may require on-call support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
