1. Responsible for the overall planning of CW spot and wealth management products, including product design, strategy formulation, and risk control.

2. Continuously optimize existing spot trading and wealth management products based on market demand and user feedback to enhance product competitiveness and user experience.

3. Work closely with R&D, operations, and marketing departments to ensure smooth product launch and promotion, and coordinate and resolve issues during technical development and operation.

4. Analyze market dynamics and competitor information to provide data support and suggestions for product decisions and formulate targeted product strategies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in computer science, finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields.

2. One year of experience in spot trading product design.

3. Familiar with spot market trading mechanisms and wealth management product design, possessing rich product design experience and keen market insight.

4. Possess strong data analysis skills and risk control awareness, and be able to make data-driven product decisions.

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-departmental teams. 6. Preference will be given to candidates with strong English writing and communication skills.
