Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive ASO growth strategies for global markets, collaborating closely with product releases and marketing initiatives.

2. Conduct in-depth research on the Web3 keyword ecosystem, establishing and maintaining core keyword libraries and competitive intelligence systems.

3. Lead end-to-end optimization and iteration of app store pages (title, description, icon, screenshots, video, etc.).

4. Design and execute A/B tests, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize store listing conversion rates and organic download volume.

5. Monitor keyword rankings, user reviews, and competitor activity; extract data-driven insights to inform product and operational decisions.

6. Collaborate with the product team to integrate ASO requirements early in development, ensuring core selling points are clearly communicated.

7. Partner with marketing and design teams to co-create high-converting visual assets for the store, and manage user reviews and community feedback.

8. Track Apple’s and Google’s policies on cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related applications; anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans.


Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mobile internet product growth or full-cycle ASO, with proven cases of boosting organic traffic.

2. Ownership of the complete ASO process—from keyword research and asset optimization to data analysis—and proficiency with ASO analytics tools.

3. Fundamental understanding of and strong interest in Web3, with familiarity in blockchain, wallets, DeFi, and related core concepts.

4. Excellent data analysis skills, cross-functional communication abilities, and project management capabilities.

5. Prior ASO experience in fintech or complex tool-based products is a plus, with the ability to simplify complex features into clear value propositions.

6. Outstanding bilingual (Chinese and English) copywriting skills, with precise localization of Web3 terminology preferred.

7. Experience promoting global products and expertise in multi-region localized ASO strategies is preferred.

8. Being an active user of cryptocurrency wallets and mainstream DApps is a significant plus.
