Core Responsibilities: 1. Design growth-oriented product features across the full user lifecycle—from acquisition to activation, retention, conversion, and referral—including modules such as affiliate systems, campaign management, prize management, landing page management, in-app advertising management, and engagement/notification systems. 2. Enhance the platform architecture’s rationality by providing timely and efficient tooling support through forward-looking modular and configurable designs. 3. Build a user behavior tracking framework and core metrics dashboard to drive data-driven decision-making. 4. Support growth-related business requirements and own the rapid implementation of growth strategies, such as marketing campaigns. 5. Monitor leading competitors in the industry to lay the foundation for the growth and promotion framework. Growth Role Requirements: 1. Preferred experience with financial products such as brokerages or digital currencies; marketing or campaign product experience is a plus. 2. Proven track record of leading the rollout of trading platforms, user growth initiatives, or community products. 3. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to guide product iterations through A/B testing and funnel analysis. 4. Result-oriented, capable of quickly prioritizing in a resource-constrained, fast-changing startup environment. 5. English proficiency sufficient for work, with strong cross-team communication and project management capabilities.
