Platform Product Direction

Core Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of platform infrastructure–related products.
2. Balance strategic objectives, business requirements, and user experience; continuously optimize the experience across the entire platform and take ownership of conversion.
3. Stay informed of the latest product trends at mainstream exchanges and monitor emerging industry directions to ensure platform updates and iterations align with leading players.
4. Closely track user feedback, quickly grasp frontline insights, and translate them into actionable, reusable product solutions.

Platform Position Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in user-facing product roles, with keen user sensibilities and strong empathy.
2. Relevant industry background, including but not limited to project teams, exchanges, or infrastructure providers; exceptionally accomplished on-chain veterans are also welcome.
3. Strong self-motivation, execution skills, and sense of responsibility; result-oriented and capable of driving the implementation of key projects.
4. Excellent cross-team collaboration and project-ownership abilities, working closely with other product & research teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
5. A holistic, multi-platform perspective, able to identify requirements from a top-down viewpoint and adjust implementation details accordingly.
