Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and planning exchange risk control products; architect a universal, reusable risk control framework from a holistic perspective.

Design and roll out modules for strategy visualization, metric visualization configuration, and strategy & data analysis.

Manage the full lifecycle of risk control strategies: requirements → simulation → deployment → backtesting → consolidation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the development of risk control infrastructure (rule engine, feature platform, model integration).

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or related field preferred.

Clear logical thinker with strong structured thinking skills; capable of breaking down complex business processes into executable plans.

Experience in risk control within the cryptocurrency industry, with understanding of deposits and withdrawals, trading, and account risk.

Experience building risk control infrastructure, preferably with rule visualization configuration, metric platforms, or risk management backends.

Strong planning ability and goal orientation; able to drive projects to successful implementation.
