Minimum 3 years of product experience in the blockchain industry, with familiarity in futures exchange product design. 2. Proficient in rapid product prototyping, with solid UI/UX knowledge and consumer product design sensibilities. 3. Strong data sensitivity, driving product decisions with a business-, product-, and user-oriented mindset. 4. Basic project management skills, capable of managing multiple business lines simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery. 5. Proficiency in English as a working language, with no barriers to overseas coordination. 6. Technical or financial product background preferred.
