Job Responsibilities: - Lead the design and optimization of core wallet features, focusing on self-custody security, private key management, multi-chain compatibility, cross-chain transfers, and stablecoin-based financial experiences. - Design an asset and yield management system centered on stablecoins (USDC, USDT, DAI, USDe, etc.), including on-chain finance, RWA yields, restaking, staking, and yield aggregation. - Drive the implementation of innovative experiences such as Account Abstraction (AA), intent-centric interactions, and gasless operations. - Collaborate with ecosystem partners—stablecoin issuers, yield protocols, and RWA platforms—to establish the wallet’s financial gateway and yield ecosystem. - Define and track key metrics; optimize product experience based on user behavior and asset dynamics. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Internet or Web3 product roles; background in wallets, payments, DeFi, or asset management products preferred. - Proficient with EIP-4337 (AA), multi-signature/MPC, and secure account mechanisms; deep understanding of stablecoins and yield protocols. - Strong financial product design sensibility, with clear grasp of yield models and user risk perception. - Excellent English skills, able to research global stablecoin and on-chain finance innovation trends.
