- Responsible for the full lifecycle management of exchange financial products (such as fixed and flexible wealth management, structured products) or mining pool hash power trading products, including market research, competitive analysis, product strategy formulation, and roadmap design.

- More than 3 years of experience in finance/exchange products, familiar with digital currency wealth management and mining pool product logic.

- Prior experience in building mining machine financial products, hash power trading products, or exchange systems from ground up is preferred.

- Familiar with blockchain technology principles (smart contracts, wallet management), financial product structures (such as structured wealth management, fixed and flexible wealth management), and mining pool operation models.

- Fluent in spoken English, capable of liaising with overseas teams or users.

- Based in Beijing, Shenzhen, or Hong Kong; excellent candidates may be considered for remote work.
