Position Overview:

We are seeking a senior product manager with a background in traditional financial derivatives and a passion for the Web3 industry. This role will focus on designing and launching **“CFD trading products such as gold, stocks, indices, etc.”**, contributing to the development of the next-generation Web3 trading platform for global users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and promoting the design and implementation of contract-for-difference products such as gold, stocks, and indices from 0 to 1 in a Web3 exchange;
• Construct a Web3-friendly derivatives system based on traditional financial trading logic (such as order matching, leverage, position/liquidation mechanisms, etc.);
• Work closely with trading, risk control, compliance, frontend, and blockchain development teams to ensure efficient product development throughout the entire chain;
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to continuously optimize product experience and performance;
• Participate in the exploration and implementation of new trading models for future Web3 exchanges.

Job Requirements:

• More than 3 years of product management experience, having been responsible for the design of derivatives products such as forex, precious metals, and stock CFDs;
• Familiar with order matching mechanisms, leverage logic, position and liquidation rules, and understand the architecture of trading terminal products like MT4/MT5;
• Strong interest in the Web3 field or relevant experience (such as CEX, DEX, on-chain wallets, understanding of digital assets, etc.);
• Excellent communication and project management skills, able to collaborate independently with multinational teams;
• Able to construct products from "0 to 1," possessing strong execution ability and a sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web3 exchanges, leveraged products, contract trading, etc.;
• Understanding of token economic model design and ability in on-chain data analysis;
• Successful cases of launching financial products aimed at global users.
