Web3 Product Manager

Job Description:

• Product Planning and Design:
• Lead and develop detailed plans for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallets, DeFi, etc.), encompassing functional features, user experience, underlying logic, etc.
• Draft clear and high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction flows, functional logic, and calculations, ensuring product design meets user needs and market trends.
• Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the dynamics in the Web3 product market, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, and regulatory policies.
• Perform comprehensive and thorough analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, and user feedback.
• Propose targeted product optimization strategies based on market analysis results, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, and enhancing user experience.
• Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market position.
• Project Management and Advancement:
• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, smooth operation, and excellent user experience without critical failures.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve issues and obstacles during project execution, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Adjust product strategies and features promptly based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimizing user experience.
• Team Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with team members to promote information sharing and teamwork, driving project progress together.
• Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with the overall company strategy.
• Other Duties:
• Actively comply with various arrangements from the company and Team Leader to facilitate the smooth operation of the team and the advancement of projects.
