We are seeking a solid Senior Product Manager to be responsible for the product and operation work of exchange cold wallets. This role requires the candidate to have extensive wallet experience, including but not limited to Cold Wallet, MPC Wallet, HSM Wallet, Custody Wallet, Exchange Wallet, Web3 Wallet, etc.

1. According to cold wallet solution, design App, web, and backend products.
2. Write cold wallet product manual & fund operation SOP.
3. Continuously optimize the cold wallet product experience through internal daily iterations.
4. Operational tools construction, including data analysis dashboard, operation backend tools, monitoring and alarm.
5. Operation status diagnosis, including daily and weekly reports, and other data analytical reports.
6. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to protect digital assets and user information.
7. Resolve wallet issues by engaging with stakeholders and internal teams.

1. 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, etc.
2. In-depth understanding of wallet technology, including MPC, HSM, HD wallet, etc.
3. Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and Web3 products.
4. Proven track record in managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols.
5. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
6. Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner.
7. Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a strong capability to work under pressure.
