Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the exchange’s personal wallet product from concept to launch.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competitors, and user needs to define the Web3 wallet product roadmap and version iteration plan.
• Draft detailed product requirement documents aligned with company strategy and technical architecture, covering product features, user experience, security, and performance metrics.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, and launch to post-launch optimization.
• Develop product release strategies and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive product growth and user acquisition.
• Engage in technical discussions with the engineering team on critical technical domains and make informed product decisions, including:
• - Mobile technology selection: evaluate the pros and cons of native development versus cross-platform frameworks and participate in technology selection decisions.
• - Security and cryptography: possess a deep understanding of core security concepts such as key management, authentication, and tokenization to ensure a robust security foundation.
• - Payment features: integrate and optimize the user experience for various payment functionalities.
• Transaction routing: understand aggregated DEX pricing and fee models and be responsible for designing the user-side trading experience.
• - Multi-chain integration: familiar with multi-chain asset management, transaction broadcasting, and gas fee mechanisms.
• - WalletConnect: enhance interoperability and interaction between the Web3 wallet ecosystem and the exchange.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• Priority given to candidates with 3+ years of product experience related to cryptocurrency wallets or exchanges.
• Strong interest in and solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Web3; familiar with major public chains and ecosystems such as BTC, ETH, and SOL.
• Familiarity with the development processes and technical characteristics of mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Basic knowledge of cryptography, secure storage, and authentication processes.
• In-depth understanding of DeFi, including DEXs, liquidity mining, cross-chain bridges, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of smart contracts, gas optimization, account abstraction, and related areas.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to effectively drive cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives.
