6. Tech-aware (not necessarily technical) — you understand how products, systems, and tools connect, even if you don’t code.
7. Fast learner & adaptive — you can switch context between business, tech, and operations without freezing.
8. Reliable execution — deadlines matter; follow-ups are your habit, not reminders from others.

This role is not for passive interns.

You will work closely with founders, product leads, and operations.

Qualifications

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in:

• IT / Information Systems
• Computer Science / Business / Engineering
• Or any relevant field

1. Has worked on real projects (internship, freelance, startup, organization, side project — not only coursework)
2. Familiar with tools such as:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Task & project tools (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Lark, Monday, etc.)

1. Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia & English
2. Comfortable working remotely and independently
