Job Description
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
- College Graduate or at least a high school or senior high school graduate.
- At least 2 years experience
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in the use of computers and various applications such as MS Office, etc.
