  • Replenish store inventory with right product in right quantities at the right time.
  • Analyze and update min/max set up for each SKU, as necessary.
  • Ensure DC inventory is properly allocated in correct quantities to all Clubs.
  • Accommodate and seek necessary approvals for stock transfer requests such as volume shop, additional display, etc.
  • Propose for store backload, as necessary to balance Club’s inventory level.
  • Schedule timely transfer of seasonal and promotional items to Clubs.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Buying Department for allocation of new and existing items with no recent sales history.
  • Propose improvements in allocation template and processes.
  • Participate in department meeting and tasks where the allocators need to be involved.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior.


Job Qualification:

  • BSBA major in Marketing Management (preferred)
  • with background in procurement and Inventory management
