Description
- Responsible for sourcing materials and components to meet engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards.
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project coordination, vendor management, negotiation, and marketing research.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee procurement processes, manage supply chain inventory, and establish strategic partnerships.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for vendor meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset, knowledgeable in construction supplies.
