About the Role:

Step into the world of printing excellence! Precision Crestec Inc. is looking for a passionate Post-Press Management Trainee to explore the art and craft of finishing – from cutting and folding to binding, lamination, and packaging. Learn hands-on, grow your skills, and prepare to lead in post-press production.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and assist in all post-press operations
• Monitor job orders, machine performance, and workflow
• Ensure quality checks and proper documentation
• Support supervisors in manpower allocation and process improvement

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Graphics Technology, Business, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in printing/manufacturing is a plus.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ready to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
