Job Description
- Provide technical support to sales teams during the pre-sales process.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical inquiries.
- Assist in preparing proposals and RFP responses.
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in technical support or sales engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of software solutions, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance to sales teams, prepare product demonstrations, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to changing technology.
