Description
- Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales engagements.
- Assist in developing technical sales strategies and presentations.
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer client queries effectively.
- Support the creation of technical literature and documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Technical Support, Time Management, Technical Sales, Sales Strategy
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
