- Willing to be assigned at De La Salle University Dasmarinas (CAVITE)
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in educational facilities.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold the highest standards of sanitation.
- Provide excellent service to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff.
- Educational Qualifications: Formal education is not required; however, vocational training or plumbing certification would be advantageous.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in plumbing or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in intelligent building systems, advanced knowledge of plumbing methodologies and problem-solving, familiar with plumbing codes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, diagnose plumbing issues, ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, potentially under adverse conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, physically fit, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
