The main responsibility is to ensure that every customer interaction results to a very positive experience that will translate to sales, customer loyalty and growth in customer base.

Essential Job Duties:

• Responsible for assisting customers with selecting appropriate products and services for their pets, including food, toys, grooming tools, and health supplies.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on the pet's species, age, breed, and specific needs.
• Help care for in-store pets by feeding them, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring their health and behavior.
• Play a key role in educating pet owners on basic care, training, and wellness, and refer them to veterinary professionals when necessary.
• Support daily store operations by maintaining clean and organized product displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring all pet care areas meet animal welfare standards.
• Assist with sales transactions, returns, and customer inquiries, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and helping the team meet store goals.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Biology, Zoology, or any 4 years course.

• Strong knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and basic health care principles.
• Previous experience working with animals (e.g., in a veterinary clinic, pet store, shelter, or internship).
• Personable and with very good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
