Description
- Manage executive schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Assist in project management and documentation.
- Maintain office organization and supplies.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas and taking notes.
- Perform research and compile reports as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess strong time management, analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, along with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
