We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves leading performance testing efforts for Web, UI, and API-based applications using industry-standard tools. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage performance test scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.

Work Setup:

• Shift: Night Shift
• Location: Hybrid setup (Work-from-Home + UP Town Ayala Center, Quezon City Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise / Performance Center
• Conduct performance testing across Web, UI, and API protocols
• Perform bottleneck analysis and provide performance optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues
• Document and present test results and insights to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of performance testing methodologies and frameworks

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Performance Center and LoadRunner Enterprise
• Solid understanding of Performance Engineering principles
• Hands-on experience with JMeter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance testing
• Ability to independently handle scripting, test execution, and performance analysis

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud-based performance testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
